Well first there is no reason to take away customer work when I would get my vehicle done and it looked amazing. Whoever is in charge of this place should be ashamed of themselves. You get rid of somebody who brings in so many people and makes the company money. Maybe you might need to learn how to run a dealership cause the way you are running it, you won't have any employees if you keep treating them like your doing

I was advised to use the express walk in service as opposed to making an appointment and I was pleased with how quickly my car was serviced. I will definitely use express service again.
The service rep was efficient and helpful. My car was completed in a timely manner and I was very pleased to have gotten a car wash as well. I am not a PA resident however I have used their service for several years during the summer months when I am here. I’ve always been treated courtesy, pleased with their efficiency and the care given to my car.
